What is the purpose of being a Christian today? Any real meaning other than just existing? I ask these questions because only so much time is given to us, and no one knows when our time is up till its to late. When God saves you he gives you a mission to be a witness for his Son.

Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen. Matthew chapter 28 verses 19, 20

A witness to every one you meet and in everything you do. Time for us gets a little shorter each day, and with each passing day another opportunity to show Jesus in your life. When life here is over and eternity begins will "Your" witness here on earth earn you treasures in Heaven?

Where Jesus is the light
The mansions there are many
With Saints all dressed in white
A clear life giving river
From God's holy Trinity
Heaven's gates are always open
To all who will believe
Tell the people about our Savior
About his power, His sacrifice
Guide them into God's direction
Yes lead them into the light

The day is drawing nearer
For Jesus to claim his own
Time for all God's Children
To stand up and take control
So who will be your master
Is the answer plain to see
Let Jesus lead your battles
From His day of victory

Time is a gift of measure
Death a blessing in disguise
Opportunities a wasting

God is filled with Love and Mercy
Will you God's vessel be

Walk them into eternity
