greater Love is there than for a man to lay down his life for a friend. God Loves you so
much that came to earth as a babe in a manger, leaving all the splendor of Heaven and
Freely giving himself as a sacrifice for the sins of all mankind! He did this so you could
have eternal life, and spend eternity with him.
Verily, verily I say unto
you, except a corn of wheat fall into the ground and die, it abideth alone: but if it die
it bringeth forth much fruit. He that loveth his life shall lose it; and he that hateth
his life in this world shall keep it unto eternal life. As the Father hath loved me, so I
have loved you: continue ye in my love. This is my commandment, that ye love one another, as I have loved you. Greater love hath no
man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends. John chapter 12 verses 24, 25
chapter 15 verses 9, 12, 13
